കുറെ നാളുകളായി കേള്‍ക്കുന്ന ആരോപണമാണ് ക്നാനായപള്ളികള്‍ സങ്കരപള്ളികള്‍ ആണ് എന്ന്. റോമില്‍ നിന്നും വ്യക്തമായ ഉത്തരവുകള്‍ ഉണ്ടായിട്ടുകൂടി പുറത്ത് നിന്നുള്ള ആര്‍ക്കും അംഗത്വം പോലും കൊടുക്കാതെ ക്നാനായക്കാര്‍ തന്നെ മുന്നോട്ടു കൊണ്ട് പോയിട്ട് കൂടി ഈ പള്ളികളെ സങ്കര പള്ളിലാല്‍ എന്നേ മാഫിയാ വിശേഷിപ്പിക്കൂ. പരിമിതികള്‍ ഉണ്ടായിട്ടുകൂടി ആ പരിമിതികളെ പരമാവധി ചെറുത്തു കൊണ്ട് തന്നെയാണ് പള്ളികള്‍ ഇന്ന് മുന്നോട്ട് പോകുന്നത്.
എന്നാല്‍ എന്‍ഡോഗാമി എന്ന സവിശേഷ പാരമ്പര്യം തുടരുവാന്‍ യാതൊരു വിധ പരിമിതികളും ഇല്ലാത്ത നമ്മുടെ അസോസിയേഷനുകളില്‍ മായം കലര്ത്തുവാന്‍ വേണ്ടി നടന്നു വന്നിരുന്ന ഗൂഡ ശ്രമങ്ങള്‍ ഭലം കണ്ടു തുടങ്ങി. കഴിഞ്ഞ ദിവസം ദിട്രോയിട്ടില്‍ അസോസിയേഷനിലെ ഭരണഘടനയില്‍ ദത്തെടുത്ത മക്കള്‍ക്ക്‌ വേണ്ടി തിരുത്തല്‍ നടത്തുവാന്‍ വേണ്ടി മാറ്റം വരുത്തുവാന്‍ പോകുന്നു. ഈ കാര്യം അറിയിച്ചുകൊണ്ട്‌ അസോസിയേഷന്‍ പ്രസിഡണ്ട്‌ അയച്ച ഈമെയില്‍ താഴെ കൊടുക്കുന്നു.
അതായത് ദത്ത് മക്കള്‍ക്ക്‌ അസോസിയേഷനില്‍ പങ്കെടുക്കുവാന്‍ ഭരണഘടനാപരമായ അവകാശം കൊടുക്കുന്നു. ആര്‍ക്കു വേണ്ടി? മക്കളിലാത്ത ദമ്പതികള്‍ക്ക് വേണ്ടി എന്ന് പറയാം എങ്കിലും ഈ തീരുമാനം ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്ന പ്രത്യാഘാതങ്ങള്‍ എന്തൊക്കെയായിരിക്കും എന്ന് ഇവര്‍ ചിന്തിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടോ? ഭരണഘടനയില്‍ ഈ കാര്യം എഴിതി ചേര്‍ക്കുക വഴിയായി വലിയൊരു വിവാദം ആണ് ആരംഭിക്കുവാന്‍ പോകുന്നത്.
ജന്മം കൊണ്ടും കര്‍മ്മം കൊണ്ടും മാത്രമേനമ്മുടെ അസോസിയേഷനില്‍ അംഗത്വവും പങ്കെടുക്കുവാനുള്ള അവകാശവും ലഭിക്കൂ എന്നിരിക്കെ, ആ അവകാശത്തെ നാളിതുവരെയുംആരും ചോദ്യം ചെയ്തിട്ടില്ലാതിരിക്കെ, ആര്‍ക്കു വേണ്ടിയാണ് ഈ തിരുത്തല്‍ നടത്തുന്നത്? പതിനെട്ടു വയസ്സുവരെ മാത്രമേ പങ്കെടുക്കാന്‍ സാധിക്കൂ എന്നൊക്കെ പറഞ്ഞാലും, ചെറുപ്പം മുതല്‍ പങ്കെടുത്തു വന്നിരിന്ന കാര്യങ്ങള്‍ തുടരുവാന്‍ ഉള്ള അവകാശത്തിന് വേണ്ടി അവര്‍ക്ക് പോരാടാന്‍ അവസരം ഉണ്ടാക്കി കൊടുക്കുകയാണ് നമ്മള്‍. ഇതേ കാര്യത്തിനു വേണ്ടിയാണ് കാനാക്കാര്‍ പള്ളിയോടു പോരടിക്കുന്നത്. വെറുതെ ഒരു ഭരണഘടനാപരമായ അവകാശം അവര്‍ക്ക് കൊടുത്തുകഴിഞ്ഞു, വേലിയേല്‍ ഇരുന്ന പാമ്പിനെ എടുത്തു വേണ്ടാത്തിടത്തു വച്ചത് പോലെ ആകുമ്പോള്‍ എങ്കിലും പഠിക്കുമോ?
ഇതിനു മുന്‍പ് പല പ്രാവശ്യം നാഷണല്‍ ലെവലില്‍ പോലും ചര്‍ച്ചക്ക് വരികയും തള്ളികളയുകയും ചെയ്ത ഈ വിഷയം വീണ്ടും കൊണ്ടുവന്ന് സംഘടനയെ ദുര്ബ്ബലപ്പെടുത്തുവാന്‍ നോക്കിന്നത് ആരുടെ സ്ഥാപിത താല്പര്യം സംരക്ഷിക്കുവാന്‍ വേണ്ടിയാണ് എന്ന് അധികാരപെട്ടവര്‍ വ്യക്തമാക്കണം. ഈ കാര്യത്തിനെ സംബന്ധിച്ച് ആരെങ്കിലും ആവശ്യം ഉന്നയിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട് എങ്കില്‍ അതിനെ പറ്റിയാണ് ചര്‍ച്ച ചെയ്യേണ്ടത്. ഓടി പോയി ഭരണഘടനയില്‍ ചേര്‍ക്കുകയല്ല വേണ്ടത്.
പള്ളിയുടെ മുകളില്‍ റോമിന്റെ കല്‍പ്പനയുണ്ട്. പള്ളി റോമിന്റെ കീഴില്‍ ആയിര്‍ക്കുന്നിടത്തോളം കാലം ആ കല്‍പ്പനകള്‍ക്കെതിരായി പോകുവാനും സാധിക്കില്ല. എന്നാല്‍ നമ്മുടെ അസോസിയെഷനുകല്ടെ കാര്യം അതാണോ? പുറത്ത് നിന്നും കെട്ടിയ ആളെ സംഘടനയിലെ ഭാരവാഹി ആക്കി നിയമിച്ചു വിഖ്യാതി നേടിയ ദിട്രോയിട്ടിലെ മാഫിയയുടെ അടുത്ത പരിപാടിയായ ഇത് സംഘടനയെ ശക്തിപ്പെടുത്തുവാന്‍ വേണ്ടുയാണ് \എന്ന് മാത്രം ദയവു ചെയ്തു പറയരുതേ.
ക്നാനായ സമുദായത്തിന്റെ അസ്ഥിത്വം ദുര്ബ്ബലപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന ഈ തിരുത്തല്‍ പാസാക്കുകയാണ് എങ്കില്‍ ഈ അസോസിയേഷനെ കെ സി സി എന്‍ എ യില്‍ നിന്നും പുറത്താക്കുവാന്‍ ഉള്ള ചങ്കൂറ്റം എന്‍ഡോഗമി ക്കുവേണ്ടി വിലപിക്കുന്ന കെ സി സി എന്‍ എ യെ ഭരിക്കുന്ന നേത്രുതം തയ്യാറാകുമോ?
ദത്ത് മക്കള്‍ മാതാ പിതാകളുടെ കൂടെ വന്നു എന്നത് കൊണ്ട് അവിടെ ആരെയും പുറത്താക്കില്ല. എന്നാല്‍ അവര്‍ ഭരനാഘടനാ പരമായ അവകാശത്തോടെ അവിടെ ചുവടുരപ്പിച്ച്ചാല്‍ പിന്നെ ജന്മം കൊണ്ട് ക്നാനായക്കാരായ ഇപ്പോഴത്തെ കാനാക്കാര്‍ക്ക് പോലും അതിലേക്കുള്ള വഴിതുറക്കുകയാണ് ചെയ്യുന്നത് എന്നാ സത്യം തിരിച്ചറിയണം. ഇതൊന്നും പറഞ്ഞുകൊടുക്കേണ്ട കാര്യമില്ല. നാഴികക്ക് നാല്‍പ്പതു വട്ടം എന്‍ഡോഗാമി എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു പള്ളികളെ ആക്രമിക്കുന്ന ഈ പഹയന്മാരുടെ തനി നിറമാണ് ഇതിലൂടെ കാണുന്നത്. പണ്ട് മാരികെട്ടിയവനെ അകത്തുതിരുകികയറ്റിയത് സംബന്ധിച്ച് എഴുതിയ ലേഖനം വായിക്കാത്തവര്‍ താഴെ കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്ന ലിങ്കില്‍ നിന്നും അതുംകൂടി വായിക്കുക. എന്നാലെ ഇവന്മാരുടെ തനി നിറം മനസ്സിലാകൂ.
എവിടെ പോയി നന്ദികെട്ടവനും സണ്ണികുട്ടനും ഒക്കെ? എന്‍ഡോഗമി എന്ന വാക്കിന്റെ വിലയരിയാത്ത്ത നപുംസകങ്ങളെ നട്ടെല്ലുണ്ടെങ്കില്‍ പ്രതികരിക്കൂ. വെറുതെ രാഷ്ട്രീയം കളിക്കുവാന്‍ വേണ്ടി എന്‍ഡോഗമിയെ ഉപയോഗിക്കാതെ സമുദായത്തിന് വേണ്ടി ശബ്ധിക്കണം. എവിടെ പോയി ഡൊമിനിക്ക് എന്ന ജൂബാ തുന്നല്‍ വിദഗ്ദന്‍. ക്നാനായ സംരക്ഷണ സമിതിയുടെ പ്രസിഡണ്ട്‌ അല്ലെ. മുപ്രാന്‍ ജീവിച്ചിരിപ്പുണ്ടോ?നല്ല ക്നാനായ തന്തക്കും തള്ളക്കും പിറന്നവര്‍ ആരെങ്കിലും ഉണ്ടെങ്കില്‍ പ്രതികരിക്കൂ. സമുദായത്തെ സംരക്ഷിക്കൂ. മറക്കരുത്. നമ്മുടെ സമുദായത്തിന്റെ എന്‍ഡോഗമി യുടെ അമേരിക്കയിലെ നിലനില്‍പ്പ്‌ നമ്മുടെ അസോസിയെഷനുകളിലൂടെ മാത്രമേ പൂര്‍ണ്ണമായുംമുന്നോട്ടു കൊണ്ട് പോകുവാന്‍ സാധിക്കൂ. അത് കൂടി കളഞ്ഞു കുളിക്കരുതെ.

Deleteദത്ത്മക്കളോട് ഈയുള്ളവന് യാതൊരു വിരോധവും ഇല്ല. എന്റെ സഹോടാരന്‍ മക്കളെ ദാത്തെടുത്താല്‍ ആ മക്കളെ എന്റെ സ്വന്തം മക്കളെപോലെ കരുതും. എന്നാല്‍ ആ മക്കളെ ക്നാനായക്കാരന്‍ ആയി ഒരിക്കലും കൂട്ടാന്‍ ഈയുള്ളവന് സാധിക്കില്ല. കാരണം അത് സാധ്യമല്ലാത്തതിനാല്‍ തന്നെ. പതിനെട്ടു വയസ്സ് വരെ സ്വന്തമായി കരുതിയ അസോസിയേഷനില്‍ ഒരു സുപ്രഭാതത്തില്‍ ഒന്നുമാല്ലാതെയാകുന്ന ആ അവസ്ഥ വളരെ പ്രത്യാഖാതങ്ങള്‍ ഉണ്ടാക്കും എന്നതില്‍ യാതൊരു സംശയവും വേണ്ട. വെറുതെ വേലിയിന്മേല്‍ ഇരിക്കുന്ന പ്രശ്നം എടുത്തു മടികുത്തിലേക്ക് എടുത്തു വെയ്ക്കണമോ?

ReplyDeleteThis should not happened. The parents can bring their children to the functions without touching the constitution. I hope no conspiracy behind of it. you can not trust anybody anymore. Are they going to allow this child to attend the convention. I hope not. If you allow a small benefit to someone that will be the beginning of our end.

ReplyDeleteKCCNA lost all it's credibility.....not even able to coordinate a NC meeting which is a minimum requirement of the constitution.....They will do nothing about it...Lets pray for our community.....let this be a lesson for us in the future when we choose our leaders, be wise enough to think that the the leaders we choose represent the whole community....I feel so pity that our president is not even able to say two sentences in front of an audience with out looking on the paper....its out fait ....

DeleteThe executive should never include this agenda in their GB, if they have any commitment or spine and or the simple feeling of a Knanaya member. It shows that by including this agenda in their meeting, they are once again proving to the world that they (whoever is responsible for this agenda to be included) are anti Knanaya and I suggest, those responsible for the inclusion or those who was suppose to protect the association's interest should be removed from the NC by the KCCNA and if the agenda is passed, the whole association should be removed as they went against the policy of the KCCNA>

ReplyDeleteI think one of the close family members of the mafia has adopted kids. Being in the mafia group, they are embarressed to go to the church and the mafia will be embarresed to lose that family to the church. So they are trying to accomodate them to their group "legally" while not thinking about the effects of their stupid decision on the existance of the associations. Well they don't care about it anyway. they care only about their selfish interests.
ReplyDeleteWell , all this ethical points about the existence of Knanaya community is good but , whoever wrote this points need to turn back and ask this questions and Bishop Mulakkttil . He is the one started/ order to built non endogamous churches all over USA to Father Mutholam . There is no point of us fighting and harassing each other here . The Bishop and other priests don't need to look after for endogamy because they don't have wife or kids , all they looking for is their personal benefit and their luxurious life style . Remember none of them want to endup in veyanibavan ( old age home for priests in Caritas). Got it ?

If you want do same thing like church why we need association??
