ReplyDeleteThis is a good way of expressing your opinion. May be this is the first time in the history of KCS or KCCNA that a good quality Newsletter with the names of people behind them are published. Hope they may do some more activities in the near future.
ReplyDeleteMost of the things mentioned in the Nerkazhcha are really true. I dont remember that we never had a convention in the july4th weekend so far. the reason is that most of our people are working in the Health field and post office will not get vacation on that time and also the flight tickets are very high.
Of course, I know the Chicago leaders are Gas Station owners and most of their wives are not working like the common Knanaya ladies. So they dont care about the vacation or flight ticket etc.
Also the signed place for the convention is not suitable by any means.
I suggest the KCCNA officials to please travel to the convention place by car from the Ohare Airport and the Midway Airport and feel the distance. Also please go and check the real distance to travel from the convention hall to the accommodations. All these facts are contradictory to what they are spreading in support of the place.
So I strongly suggest to shift the timing of the convention to the end of July so that more common Knanaya people can attend the same.
Otherwise in order to save the losses, Chicago KCS chitty owners may have to donate anothermillion dollars to KCCNA to meet the losses.
Once again appreciate the efforts of Chicago Opposition and request them to arrange another convention by end of July in Chicago or another city and we assure you that we all common people will be happy to attend the same

ReplyDeleteThe st.Mary's gave order for priniting notices for the fundraising at Grace printers. when the trustee went to pick it up, it was picked up by an anonymous person. that was the day KCS notice also was picked up. who picked the church program's notice? no other malayalees will do that.
