ഹൂസ്റ്റണില്‍ അനേഷണ കമ്മീഷന്‍ മുപാകെ തെളിവ് കൊടുത്തവര്‍ക്കും പരാതി കൊടുത്തവര്‍ക്കും അല്ലാത്തവര്‍ക്കും ഒക്കെ ഇതാ ഒരുശുഭ വാര്‍ത്ത. കാത്തിരുന്നത് പോലെ അന്വേഷണ കമ്മീഷനും കമ്മീഷന്‍ റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് സമര്‍പ്പിച്ച സീറോ മലബാര്‍ മെത്രാനും പൊതു ജനത്തിനായി തങ്ങളുടെ കണ്ടെത്തലുകള്‍ സമര്‍പ്പിച്ചു. കൂടുതല്‍ പറയുന്നതിന് മുന്പായി വായിക്കുക പ്രബുദ്ധരാകുക.
ചുരുക്കത്തില്‍ അന്ന് ഇല്ലിയും, ജോണ്‍ സാറും പിന്നെ കിഴക്കേല്‍ ഉണ്ണി cum കുഞ്ഞെപ്പ് വക്കീല്‍ ടീമും കൂടി സംയുക്തമായി നടത്തിയ നാടകം പക്കാ നിയമ വിരുദ്ധ നടപടികള്‍ ആയിരുന്നു എന്നും അവ തിരുത്തുന്നതിനും അതിനെതിരെ നടപടികള്‍ കൈക്കൊല്ലുന്നതിനും വേണ്ടി മേലേടം നടത്തിയ നടപടികള്‍ തികച്ചും ന്യായവും ആയിരുന്നു എന്നത് ഒരിക്കല്‍ കൂടി അടിവരയിടുന്നു. ഒരിക്കല്‍ കൂടി എന്ന് പറയുവാന്‍ കാര്യമുണ്ട്. ഈ സംഭവം പുറത്ത് വന്നതേ ഈയുള്ളവന്‍ പറഞ്ഞു അവര്‍ ചെയ്തത് ഒരിക്കലും ഒരു തരത്തിലും നായീകരിക്കാന്‍ പറ്റില്ല എന്ന്. അന്ന് നന്ദികെട്ടവന്‍ ഇല്ലിയും ജോണ്‍ സാറും പറഞ്ഞത് കേട്ട് കയറും എടുത്തു കൊണ്ട് അമേരിക്കന്‍ ക്നായിലൂടെയും ചിക്കാഗോ ക്നായിലൂടെയും ഓടി നടന്നു വിസ്സര്‍ജ്ജിച്ചു. എന്നിട്ടോ?മാഫിയയുടെ വിസ്സര്‍ജ്ജ്യം തലയില്‍ ചുമന്ന നന്ദികെട്ടവന്‍ പച്ച പിടിച്ചോ?വിസ്സര്‍ജ്ജിക്കുന്നവനെ ചുമന്നാല്‍ ചുമന്നവന്‍ നാറും എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു കേട്ടിട്ടില്ലേ? എന്നാലും പഠിക്കില്ലല്ലോ.
പിന്നീട് കോടതി ഉത്തരവ് വന്നു. ഭാഗ്യത്തിന് ജഡ്ജി കാശ് മേടിച്ചാണ് കിഴക്കേല്‍ ഉണ്ണിയുടെ സ്റ്റേ ഓര്‍ഡര്‍ ഗാര്ബെജില്‍ തള്ളിയത് എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞില്ല. എന്നാലും മേലേടം നുണ പറഞ്ഞിട്ടാണ് എന്ന് കെ സി സി എന്‍ എ പ്രസിഡനെറിനെ കൊണ്ട് പറയിച്ചു. അവസാനം ഉത്തരവ് വന്നാപ്പോള്‍ വായില്‍ കൊലിട്ടാലും ഒന്നും പറയില്ല എന്ന അവസ്ഥ. ഉത്തരം മുട്ടിയിട്ടാണ് എന്നുള്ളത് നഗ്ന സത്യം. കാശ് പിടുങ്ങിയ കുഞ്ഞെപ്പ് വക്കീളില്നു മാത്രം നഷടമില്ല. നഷ്ടം പ്രതി ഭാഗത്തിനും വാദി ഭാഗത്തിനും വേണ്ടി കാശ് കയ്യില്‍ നിന്നും പോയ കഴുതകളായ ക്നാനായമക്കള്‍. പൊതു ജനം കഴുതയാണ്‌ എന്നുള്ള ഈ രാഷ്ട്രീയക്കാരുടെ ധാരണകാരണം കഴുത എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞതേയുള്ളൂ. വെറുതെ ഇനി ബ്ലോഗര്‍ ചേട്ടന്‍ കഴുത എന്ന് വിളിച്ചു എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു ക്നായാകാരുടെ കാശെടുത്ത് ഈ ബ്ലോഗര്‍ ചേട്ടന്റെ നെഞ്ചത്ത് കുതിര കയാറാന്‍ വേണ്ടി വരേണ്ട.
ഇനി ഇതുകൊണ്ടും വിശ്വസിക്കാത്തവര്‍ക്ക് വേണ്ടി ഡാ വീണ്ടും വന്നിരിക്കുന്നു അന്വേഷണ കമ്മീഷന്റെ കണ്ടെത്തലുകള്‍. ഇനിയെങ്കിലും ഒന്ന് വിശ്വസിക്കരുതോ? എവിടെ? എത്ര കണ്ടാലും കൊണ്ടാലും പഠിക്കില്ലാത്ത്ത ഈ മാഫിയാ ഇനിയും ഇറങ്ങും കുരങ്ങനെ ചുടുചോര്‍ വാരീക്കുന്നതു പോലെ ജോണ്‍ സാറിനെ പോലുള്ള ബുദ്ധി ജീവികളെ കൊണ്ട് ജനങ്ങളെ തമ്മിലടിപ്പിക്കാനും പൊതു ജനങ്ങളെ കൊള്ളയടിക്കാനും. കുഞ്ഞെപ്പ് വക്കീലിനെ പോലെ കുറെ സ്വാര്‍ത്ഥന്മാര്‍ പെരെടുക്കാനും ഈ മാഫിയയെ ചൂഷണം ചെയ്യുവാനും കൂടെ കാണും. ഇത് ക്നാനായ ജനതയുടെ ദുര്യോഗം.
Knanaya community is NOT FOR ALL the knanites!!!.

An exogamous kna automatically loses his membership as per the tradition, which is the 'knanaya law' too.
A parish or mission referred to with the adjective 'KNANAYA' too can be only for the members of the Community.
So, if an exogamous kna is given membership, the parish cannot be termed as 'knanaya'.
The criteria of membership of the Community, so of the knanaya parish too, cannot be decided or changed by a non-member of the Community whoever he may be! If objectionable, at the most, the competent authority can only cancel the approval of the parish as 'knanaya', but cannot change the membership rules by unlawfully interfering in the Community matters under the care of the religion!
The Community will never accept such an interference.
In these circumstances, the statement in the letter of Mar Angadiath that “all knanaites are members in the knanaya parish” is incorrect and unacceptable.

v r nt going elswhre whn der is a parish named 'knanaya'. v may go to velumban or latin church too whnevr v feel so! u r alwys welcom for the church services but not 4 membrshp in a knanaya parish.

DeleteThe then priest led to believe that the funds were raised to build a church near Knanaya Community Center. Therefore, a lot of people contributed [ $3,000/$4000} to build the church. Instead, they bought the present church. Isn't it a breach of trust and you have no problem with that.
Now you have the money and you can make any statement that you choose to make.
All I can say is that, when you have similar situation, you will be able to realise their dilemma ,
If you are so confident of your side, let the priest and church authorieties inform thel t Houston Kna community that - " if any body wants to get their church building contribution back, the church authorities will return it. Then you will come to know the real picture.
