ഹൂസ്റ്റണിലെ പ്രമാദമായ കേസിന്റെ വിധി വന്ന ദിവസമാണ് ഇന്ന്. താല്‍ക്കാലികമായി കോടതിയെ തെറ്റിദ്ധരിപ്പിച് നേടിയെടുത്ത സ്റ്റേ ഓര്‍ഡര്‍ ഇന്ന് ജഡ്ജി ചവറ്റുകുട്ടയിലേക്ക് എറിഞ്ഞു കളഞ്ഞു. മാഫിയയുടെ പള്ളി വിരുദ്ധ കേസുകളുടെ പെട്ടിയിലെ ആദ്യത്തെ ആണി അങ്ങിനെ പൂര്‍ത്തിയായി.

പാരീഷ് കൌണ്‍സിലിൽ അച്ചൻ ഒഴികെ ഉള്ള എല്ലാവരും സത്യമാണ് പറഞ്ഞത്. മിഷന്റെ ഭരണഘടനയിൽ പലതും വ്യക്തത ഇല്ലാത്തതാകയാൽ വേണ്ടവിതം കൃത്യതയോടെ ഒരു ഭരണഘടന ഉണ്ടാക്കാൻ കോടതി അഭിപ്രായപ്പെട്ടു. മിഷന്റെ ഭരണഘടനയെപ്പറ്റി ഒരു തീരുമാനങ്ങളും എടുത്തിട്ടില്ലായെന്നും ഇനി എടുക്കുമ്പോൾ ഭരണഘടനാപരമായി മാത്രമേ തീരുമാനങ്ങൾ എടുക്കൂ എന്നും മാലേടത്ത് കത്തനാരും അവരുടെ വക്കീലും കൊടുത്ത ഉറപ്പിന്മേൽ INJECTION ORDER എടുത്ത് കളഞ്ഞു.

- മേലടെത്ത് തമ്പുരാനേഒരു ദിവസം മുഴുവന്‍ വിസ്തരിച്ചിട്ടും അച്ഛന് പള്ളി സീറോ മലബാറിന് എഴുതികൊടുക്കാന്‍ നടപടി എടുത്തു എന്നുള്ള കുഞ്ഞെപ്പ് വക്കേഎലിന്ടെ വാദം തെളിയിക്കാനോ കോടതിയെ ശരിപ്പിക്കാണോ സാധിച്ചില്ല. സാധിച്ചത് മനപ്പോര്‍വ്വം അച്ഛനെ കോടതി മുറിയില്‍ കയറ്റി ചിദ്യം ചെയ്യുവാന്‍ സാധിച്ചു എന്നത് മാത്രം. എന്നിട്ടോ? ഇന്‍ജെക്ഷന്‍ ഓര്‍ഡര്‍ കൊടുവരാന്‍ തക്ക ഒരു വിധത്തിലുള്ള നിയമത്തിനെതിരായ പ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങള്‍ ഒന്നും തന്നെ നടന്നിട്ടായ്കയായും അങ്ങിനെ എന്തെങ്കിലും നടക്കുവാനുള്ള ലക്ഷണങ്ങള്‍ തീരെ കാനാത്തിനാലും ഇന്‍ജെക്ഷന്‍ ഓര്‍ഡര്‍ നിരുപാധികം എടുത്തു കളഞ്ഞു.
- ജഡ്ജി വ്യക്തമായി പറഞ്ഞു . പള്ളി നേതൃത്വം പള്ളി വക വസ്തുക്കള്‍ വേറെ ആര്‍ക്കെങ്കിലും കൊടുക്കുവാന്‍ ഒരിക്കലും ലക്‌ഷ്യം വച്ചിട്ടില്ലായിരുന്നു എന്ന്.
- ഇല്ലിയുടെ പാരീഷ് കൌന്സിലെ നോമിനി അച്ഛനോട് പൊതു യോഗം വിളിക്കണം എന്ന് ആവശ്യപെട്ടു എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു. എന്നാല്‍ പാരീഷ് കൌണ്‍സില്‍ യോഗത്തിനു ശേഷമാണ് ഇങ്ങനെ ഒരു ആവശ്യം വന്നത് എന്ന് അച്ഛനും പറഞ്ഞു. അങ്ങിനെ ഇല്ലിയുടെ ജാരന്റെ വാദം ക്ലീന്‍ ബൌള്‍ഡ്.
- കോടതിയുടെ വിശ്രമ സമയത്ത് വേറൊരു വിദ്വാന്‍ അച്ഛനെ ഭീക്ഷണി പെടുത്തി. വാളപിടിക്കാന്‍ നടക്കുന്ന അയാളുടെ ഭീക്ഷണിയുടെ കാര്യം പള്ളി വക്കീല്‍ (ഗാല്‍വെസ്ട്ടന്‍ രൂപതയുടെ ഔദ്യോഗിക വക്കീല്‍ ) വഴിയായി ജഡ്ജി അറിയുകയും വാളയെ അറസ്റ്റു ചെയ്യുവാന്‍ പോലീസ് സ്ഥലത്ത് എത്തുകയും ചെയ്തു. ഞാനൊരു കത്തോലിക്കാ വൈദീകനാണ് , അത് കൊണ്ട് ഇത് ക്ഷമിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു എന്ന് മേലേടം കോടതിയെ ബോധിപ്പിച്ചതിനാല്‍ അറസ്റ്റ് ഒഴിവായി കിട്ടി. അല്ലായിരുന്നു എങ്കില്‍ പണി കിട്ടിയേനെ മോനെ. എന്തായാലും ഭീക്ഷണി വന്ന സ്ഥിതിക്ക് കോടതിയിലെ ഉത്തരവ് വാനതിനു ശേഷം അച്ഛന് വണ്ടിയില്‍ കയറി പോകുന്നത് വരെ രണ്ടു പോലീസുകാര്‍ അച്ഛന് അകമ്പടി സേവിച്ചു. അച്ഛന്റെ ഒരു യോഗം.!!!!
- ഉത്തരവിന്റെ കൂടെ ജഡ്ജി വകയായി കേസ് കൊടുത്തവര്‍ക്കും വാടിച്ചവര്‍ക്കും കുറെ ഉപദേശവും കിട്ടി. കത്തോലിക്കാ വൈദീകാന്‍ വന്നിരിക്കുന്നത് നിങ്ങളെ സേവിക്കാനാണ് എന്നും അദ്ദേഹത്തെ ആദരിക്കണം ബഹുമാനിക്കണം എന്നുമൊക്കെ. വെറുതെ എഞ്ഞേ ജഡ്ജി സാറേ കുടം കമഴ്ത്തി വച്ചിട്ട് വെറുതെ വെള്ളം കോരി ഒഴിച്ചിട്ടു എന്തായി. ബഹുമാനം ബ്ലോഗു നിറയെ വന്നത് കണ്ടില്ലേ?
- കേസ് കൊടുത്ത കിഴക്കേല്‍ ഉണ്ണിയോട് എന്തെങ്കിലും ബോധിപ്പിക്കാനുണ്ടോ എന്ന് കൂടി ചോദിച്ചില്ല എന്നാണ് കേട്ടത്. പള്ളി വക്കീല്‍ ചോദിച്ചിരുന്നു എങ്കില്‍ മൂത്രമോഴിക്കേണ്ടി വന്നെണോ ഉണ്ണികുട്ടന്‍.
- ഈ ഉത്തരവില്‍ സതുപ്തരല്ല എങ്കില്‍ ഏഴു ദിവസത്തെ സമയം കൊടുത്തിട്ടുണ്ട് അപ്പീലിന് പോകാന്‍. പോകണം. ഇതൊന്നും പോര മക്കളെ. കഷ്ടം. വീണ്ടും തോല്‍ക്കാന്‍ ചന്തുവിന്റെ ജന്മം ബാക്കി. പേടിതൊണ്ടനായ മുത്തുവല്ല മേലേടം എന്ന് മനസ്സിലായി മക്കള്‍ക്ക്. ചെക്ക് കള്ളന്‍ ഇല്ലിയുമല്ല മേലേടം. ഇനിയെങ്കിലും അത് മനസ്സിലാക്കിയാന്‍ നന്ന്.
- ഇനി മേലേടം തിരിച്ചിരു കേസ് കൊടുത്താല്‍ കുടുന്ഗ്ഗുന്നത് ആരൊക്കെയാണ് എന്ന് കുഞ്ഞെപ്പ് വക്കീലിനോട് ചോദിക്കണം.കര്‍പ്പരെറ്റ് ഫ്രോഡ് എന്ന കുറ്റം ആണ് ഇല്ലിയും ജോണ്‍ സാറും ഒക്കെ കൂടി ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നത്. അതിന്റെ ശിക്ഷ എന്താണ് എന്നും അതിന്റെ പ്രധിവിധി എന്താണ് എന്നും കുഞ്ഞെപ്പിനു അറിയില്ല എങ്കില്‍ അറിയാവുന്ന നല്ല എല്ലുള്ള വക്കീലുന്മാരോട് ചോദിക്കുന്നത് നല്ലതായിരിക്കും. വേണമെങ്കില്‍ പറയുക. എയുല്ലവനെതിരെ മാഫിയാ കൊണ്ട് വന്ന കേസ് ഇതിലും മനോഹരമായി ചവറ്റുകുട്ടയില്‍ കളഞ്ഞ വക്കീല്‍ ഉണ്ട്. ഒന്ന് ശ്രമിക്കണോ?

As always we should be transparent in its all dealings. We always accuse every one else for all kinds of open investigation, there by if he is a law respecting individual individual he should gracefully resign from the treasurer post immediately and face investigation like a hero and if he is found to be a true knanaya, you should get back into treasurer position.
